- A larger than average smoking lounge, with plenty of chairs and seating. Counters for checking out, along with sales tables, and TVs. A locker set, nice walk in humidor that has water ran to it so no constant filling water. A bar with a liquor, wine, and beer license. Deep freeze, beer fridge, 3 sink, microwave. Could do minor food service if wanting to. Nice outdoor patio set up. Large downstairs that is not currently utilized.

- Toledo is a great market for cigars, and with having one of the only indoor smoking licenses with a liquor license that can set you apart. There is a handful of lounges in the city, but nothing super close to this.
