A Denver-based renovation and restoration contractor performing insurance-claim work on residential and commercial property following hail, wind, fire, and water events. Founded in 2016 as a roofing operation, the business added siding and windows in 2018 and interior renovation in 2020.

The Class B general contractor license permits work across all renovation trades, which is uncommon at this revenue scale and is the structural reason the company has been able to win public-sector on-call contracts against larger bidders. Approximately 90% of historical revenue is insurance-claim funded. No single customer exceeded 3% of revenue in any historical year.

INVESTMENT CONSIDERATIONS

Public-sector entry already earned. Housing authority on-call contracts are difficult to win and difficult to displace once performance is established.

Interior work de-risks the weather cycle. Managed-repair programs generate revenue in years with no storm activity.

Licensing breadth. Class B General Contractor allows single-source delivery on multi-trade scopes.

Owner transition. Both principals are active; ownership is prepared to support a defined transition period.
