- Large machines come mostly from Italy, and are imported to company headquarters. THEY do the shipping and installation. All that we do is to maintain a web presence and to sell the machines. In ADDITION to the machines, we supply all of the little odds and ends that a shop needs (tampers, frothers, cleaning supplies, demitasse spoons, etc. This makes us unique. None of our competition does this. We also offer financing, which is helpful to many. We sell nationally.

- In the 20+ years that we've been in business, the business has grown, regardless of what the economy has been doing. People keep opening coffee shops, and people keep standing in line to get espresso-based drinks. It's still a growing business in the US, and is starting to grow in China.
