It serves more than 500 restaurants, school and government facilities and provides authorized warranty services for 78 manufacturers of commercial kitchen appliances.

92% of 2017 revenue was from repeat customers. More than 80 customers have long-term preventative maintenance agreements in place covering more than 150 separate pieces of equipment.

The focus has been on commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration repair for the last few years, but the company has provided general HVAC/R and electrical services in the past.
