Perform repairs in retail stores, restaurants, banks, gas stations, Car rentals, major retailers etc etc. We perform and have licenses in Electrical, Plumbing, General contractor and all stay with the company and not connected to the owner and can be left with the company. GC license will not go with. Plumbing and Electrical stay. GC license rarely needed. Fully staffed with 4 project managers, 1 full-time bookkeeper, 2 invoicing, average between 10-20 technicians during different parts of the season. All techs use their own tools and trucks so very very small overhead.
