Market Outlook / Competition
Extremely healthy market from my clientele. I am currently working through a 20 project backlog, with contracts and phone calls for bids on a daily basis, plus 2 commitments for large projects later this year. There is 1 other competitor about 10 minutes away, but we see each other on job sites and talk shop cause we both know how much work there is, so who ever gets this one the other will get the next. There are also many unlicensed people doing concrete and masonry, which is why 95% of my business is commercial. Only residential referrals.

With just a little larger management system in place and 1 one more crew, revenue could double in the first year, second at most. The work is out there for the taking.
