It takes about one and a half months for permitting to start construction. From the start of construction to filling with water takes about one and a half months.
Payment is received 10% up front deposit, 30% at start up, 30% for concrete, 25% for tile and 05% upon completion. The job computer program is “Job Progress / Leap Frog”. They previously used Pipeline. The company has built over10,000 pools.
The digging is primarily done by sub-contractors. However, the company has all the equipment to do the digging and occasionally does the digging.
