We represent a precision machining company that specializes in the manufacturing of defense and commercial products, primarily firearm parts. A majority of the parts are made under a Federal Firearm License, which a new owner will need to secure. The Company manufactures around 30-50 parts for 12 customers, and has long term manufacturing agreements in place with 2 clients.
