Venerable Direct Mail and Fulfillment firm is downsizing and selling active customer list of medium and small accounts to an existing printing/mailing firm or a start-up wishing to build a solid B2B business in Austin, Texas.
Approx 10 order fulfillment accounts; 20 direct mail accounts. Approx $225,000 annual sales. These are well-established customers, average 14 years sales history and on-time payers. They include service firms, non-profits, religious institutions, small utilities and online sellers. No binding contracts but low turnover.
Buyer will need capabilities in mail list processing, digital black & white printing, finishing processes e.g. folding, inserting, inkjet addressing, shipping and inventory management. Seller can provide services through a transition for several months while Buyer locates a permanent location and builds capabilities. Some furniture/fixtures included.
Up to six experienced and high-performing employees who are available for hire.
Please provide evidence of ability to manage the portfolio in all aspects of customer relations, production and business management.
