- The market is good in AZ. There is competition with some of the product offerings and very little with others. The client base is primarily in the affluent areas of Paradise Valley, Arcadia, Scottsdale, Cave Creek and Carefree, AZ. Most competitors do not manufacture their own products, so there is a substantial competitive advantage because of this. In addition, the closing rate is quite high, since all leads are referral based.
