The Company is a licensed General Contractor in California working primarily in the hospitality market, with a heavy focus on food service including restaurant design/build and restoration. Other construction projects include commercial (e.g., retail, office, fitness) and light industrial work. As a paper General Contractor, all work is subcontracted and overseen by the Company’s experienced and skilled Project Managers and Superintendents. The Company works with large hospitality groups and major national restaurant chains. The Company attributes its success to an unwavering focus on client satisfaction, attention to detail, and consistently being on time and on budget.

• Superior Name and Reputation: In business for over 22 years (including a predecessor sole proprietorship), the Company has a superior name and excellent reputation in the customer and geographic markets it serves.

• Strong Client Relationships, Established Blue-Chip Clients: The Company has an impressive client base including a leading global entertainment company and large restaurant groups in the US. The Company has served as general contractor, design/build contractor, and construction manager for some of the best known companies. About 90% of the Company’s work is the result of repeat or referral work.

• Successor to Current Owner: While the principal owner is the qualified GC license holder for the Company, the current Vice President could take over and is next in line as successor.

• Backlog of Signed Contracts, Strong High-Probability Pipeline: The Company’s current major projects under contract had a total outstanding value of $7 million as of March 2026, with another $19 million expected to be signed by the end of 1Q2026. In addition to current projects under contract, the Company has over 30 projects including significant work on its entertainment client totaling over $70 million in value across multiple projects, as well as numerous other projects.
