Brewer’s Republic has been a Colorado Springs ‘best of’ medalist for “Best Tap House” since opening in 2010. We pride ourselves on offering twenty rotating taps of only the best craft beer available, from all over the world. We also have an extensive selection of cans and specialty bombers, as well as Colorado craft whiskies. Our food menu includes specialty pizzas, sandwiches and bar bites, and we offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options as well.
Events at 110 Below is an events space opened in October of last year available for weddings, intimate gatherings and family to corporate events. It occupies the space that was the Underground Pub for over 30 years. The main pub area is a charming space with tin ceilings and brick and stone walls and seats up to eighty-five people. It has eight built in taps serviced from a walk-in in the basement and enough lighted glass shelving to highlight a substantial selection of liquor. The back bar has a room that can seat up to sixty people and a bar with four built-in taps. It also has a subterranean dance floor that can accommodate up to one hundred people with sound and lighting systems. The upstairs, outdoor, heated and curtained patio overlooks City Hall and can seat fifty people.
The substantial kitchen is about nine hundred square feet and fully equipped to serve banquets and do short order cooking for the tap house. It has a three-deck pizza oven, flat top, grill, two bay fryer, four burner range, convection oven, walk-in cooler, multiple reach-ins, forty-eight-inch pizza prep fridge, forty-eight-inch salad prep fridge, convection oven, Aalto-Sham holding oven, 30-quart Hobart mixer, meat slicer and prep sink. The dish pit has a commercial Hobart dish machine, three bay pot sink, and plenty of room to bust suds.
