- We are the only Ice Cream Store in the area. There are also no other independent coffee shops nearby. Bubble Tea Stores are more common now, but we have been around for a long time. Our location is in one of the busiest corners of Woodbridge, near IKEA and Potomac Mills Mall.
- Opportunities for Growth
- Also, our current store hours are 12 pm - 9pm. There is potential to open early morning to tap into breakfast / coffee consumers. We have a large hotel right behind our store that hasn't been taken advantage of...new owners could expand operation hours and sell more coffee and breakfast items.
Ice Cream and Food Menus can be expanded
We have not been active on social media for quite a long time, so a new owner with energy and persistence can easily increase revenue using creative marketing!
