Fully Licensed used car dealership with a unique business model of selling cars online through eBay, priced at only 1.3x earnings (plus inventory). We have likely the oldest and most established eBay Motors account, in operation since 2003. Although we do have a physical store, 90% of our sales are online with customers never setting foot in our dealership. Online auto sales is a rapidly growing business segment with more customers preferring to buy their cars fully online and avoid the hassle of physically visiting a dealership. Business has a large degree of automation, owner is able to leave the country for several months at a time with business operating smoothly.

Selling cars online also allows the business to keep overhead low and operations simple. Customers buy cars from us sight-unseen. To further differentiate the business, our cars are sold below retail value due to the fact that they have “rebuilt” branded title (meaning cars were repaired from previous accidents or water damage). We don't repair any cars ourselves, instead – we have a partnership with several body shops and mechanics that deliver cars to us already fully repaired.
Unlike other dealers, we don’t visit car auctions to compete against other dealers for inventory. We don’t deal with repairs/reconditioning - as “auction cars” are almost never retail ready. Cars get delivered right to our dealership, even cleaned and completely retail ready. Our partners stand behind them (if you discover any problem – they fix it at their expense).

With an average inventory of 30-35 cars, the business moves 25-30 percent of its inventory every month. Cars get sold automatically via eBay platform through a very simple process and we get paid by secure wire transfers. Furthermore, other dealers approach us all the time to list their cars on our eBay platform on consignment basis, so that would be a huge potential for expansion.
