This is a rare acquisition opportunity involving equipment leasing contracts with multiple franchisees of a popular casual restaurant chain. The equipment is primarily TouchTunes jukeboxes and accompanying audio and visual equipment. The business retains ownership of the entertainment equipment that it leases to these franchisees, and the business and the franchisees share in the net revenue after accounting for music subscription fees and other agreed expenses. Some of these contracts have been in place for over a decade, and business referrals continue to be received on an ongoing basis. As of year-end 2024, 686 TouchTunes jukeboxes were installed for franchisees across 34 states. These equipment leasing contracts generated revenue of nearly $4M in 2024, and SDE related to these contracts topped over $1.1M, with similar or slightly improved performance expected for 2025.
