The Company operates from a 5,100-square foot office and warehouse facility, which is located in close proximity to an airport for convenient travel to clients. It is currently staffed by 6 full-time, non-union employees.

* Modest Ongoing Capital Investment Requirements: The Company does not operate in a capital-intensive environment. Management expects capital expenditures of only $4,000 to $5,000 per year going forward.

* Sustainability and Energy Audits: Although it has done limited work in the sustainability, energy audit, and climate change arenas to date, the Company’s skill set in thermal applications translates well into these areas, making for other opportunities given the right marketing and exposure.
