Business Description
Mammoth Lint Roller is a turnkey Amazon business built around a simple, differentiated product that customers genuinely love. The flagship product is an extra-long lint roller designed to make pet hair removal faster and easier, with a loyal base of pet owners and repeat customers who continue to ask when the product will be back in stock.

The business has generated more than $600,000 in historical Amazon sales and has an established listing with 845 reviews and a 4.7-star average rating. In June 2026, the owner and Mammoth were featured in The Wall Street Journal article “Forget Work. Passive Income Is the New American Dream.” When the article was published, the remaining inventory sold out almost immediately, providing a recent example of the demand that still exists.

Over the trailing 12 months, the business generated $10,188 in owner cash flow despite receiving extremely little attention. That number matters because it does not reflect an optimized business. Inventory management has been inconsistent, Amazon advertising has received very little management, there has been essentially no outside marketing, and the product has spent meaningful periods out of stock. Based on historical sell-through and periods when inventory was available, I believe trailing cash flow could have been roughly three times higher simply by keeping the product consistently in stock.

The reason for selling is straightforward. This was my first business, and I care about it deeply, but in 2021 I started another company, Curios. Curios has become my full-time focus and consumes essentially all of my attention. You can see that pivot clearly in Mammoth’s sales history beginning in 2022. The decline came from an owner who stopped actively managing inventory. Personally I don't want the work to go to waste.

What is remarkable is what happened when almost nothing was done. The business still produced meaningful sales and more than $10,000 in trailing cash flow. There is an existing base of repeat customers, organic Amazon discovery, strong reviews and years of sales history doing much of the work on their own.

For a new owner, this is about as turnkey as an Amazon acquisition can be. The buyer is stepping into an established operating structure rather than starting from zero. Included in the sale are the business entity, brand and creative assets, established Amazon listing and sales history, manufacturer relationship, warehouse relationships, product specifications and approximately $16,000 worth of handle molds. The Amazon account and related assets would transfer as permitted by Amazon’s requirements and approval process.

This could be an excellent acquisition for an experienced Amazon seller looking to add a proven product to an existing portfolio. It could also be a strong first business for someone who wants to enter Amazon sales without spending months sourcing a product, developing tooling, building a listing, accumulating reviews and proving demand.

The current business can remain extremely low-touch. A few hours per week focused on inventory, advertising and customer communication could materially improve performance. A more ambitious owner could go much further by building the Mammoth brand, improving Amazon ads, developing refill and bundle offers, expanding into additional marketplaces and using external marketing. Any marketing effort would build on an existing base of sales from repeat customers and Amazon’s discovery algorithm.

I have received repeated requests to restock, and both the customers and I would hate to see Mammoth disappear simply because I no longer have the time to operate it properly.

I will provide 40 hours of hands-on transition support and will make myself available beyond that where reasonably necessary to help ensure a successful handoff.

For the right buyer, Mammoth offers existing cash flow, established demand, strong Amazon reviews, proprietary tooling, loyal customers and substantial room to grow.

Facilities & Assets
A mold that is located in a 3rd party manufacturing facility is included as are trademarks for the brand and logo otherwise this business has used 3rd party warehouses (3pl) and contracts manufacturing from a facility in Ningbo China that has excellent quality.

Other assets include all roller covers, box designs, branding, insert designs and other brand related assets.
Market Outlook / Competition
This is the only hand held lint roller like this and it has been that way for the last 8 years. There are many lint rollers on the market but this one is the best, and the current customer base knows this and will tell you this themselves.

The business generated $10,188 in owner cash flow over the trailing 12 months with extremely limited owner involvement. The owner has done virtually no external marketing, minimal Amazon advertising optimization, and inconsistent inventory management while focusing on another company. If you had inventory available for all 12 months you would easily triple that cash flow.
Opportunities for Growth
There are so many growth opportunities. I barely scratched the surface of ad spend or normal marketing and honestly just let the product sell itself. Any effort on socials or on awareness building would be met with great results. For instance when the wall street journal article came out, I sold out of all inventory in 24 hours. With social media, this product is so easy for consumers to understand that I think any awareness building would go very well. Also this brand would be beloved in pet stores or on chewy, I just never took the time to expand out of amazon and honestly did very well there so there wasnt a need to for my purposes.
About the Sale
Seller Motivation
My current company Curios is doing very well and needs all my attention.
Transition Support
I will guarantee 40 hours of support during business hours (9-5) on business days (M-F) and will commit to ensuring the handoff is successful even if we need to exceed the 40 hours. This doesn't require anything complicated so the upside is the handoff can be relatively immediate. Most training would center around existing manufacturing partners and logistics which are quite easy.
Financing Options
I am open to financing, but would prefer cash upfront.
