The company provides not only member facing responsibilities such as: membership renewal and communication, attend Board of Director Meetings, event planning and management for conferences, handles social media, websites, and public relations. In addition, the company provides all back-office services for the respective associations such as: bookkeeping, annual dues billing/follow up/accounts receivable, budgeting, annual financial reports, association HQ elections, and design/production of communications.

The owner is selling for retirement reasons but is willing to provide a reasonable training and transition to the new owner depending on the level of related industry experience.
