Founded in 2003 by a master dental technician with more than 40 years of experience in the field, the lab has spent over two decades building a reputation for precision craftsmanship, deep knowledge of dental anatomy and occlusion, and responsive communication with dental offices and their staff. having sent cases to this lab for many consecutive years. No formal contracts are required. Loyalty is driven entirely by the quality of the work and the personal service the lab provides. Dentists consistently
refer other dentists to the lab, and the account base has been built primarily through word-of-mouth referrals and personal outreach to dental offices.

Operations and Staff
The current owner is largely absentee, participating only by occasional phone or video consultation as needed. Day-to-day operations are managed by an experienced General Manager who will provide comprehensive training to the new owner. The General Manager is not staying with the business. The team includes a skilled ceramist technician with established client relationships. The lab employs 3 full-time staff and uses on-call part-time technicians as production volume requires. Zyrcomat 6000MS sintering furnace, an Ivoclar Vivadent EP 600e.max press furnace, porcelain furnaces, an automatic Neo Super casting machine, and a full complement of supporting lab equipment, including air compressors, model trimmers, articulators, sandblasters, and dust collectors. The lab maintains strong, long-term supplier relationships with Argen, Henry Schein, and Jensen, all
exceeding 10 years.
