Turn key ready. We’ve been here for the last 9 years. We built it to give families in our town a safe place to bond and make memories. 36 hole indoor miniature golf with custom made obstacles and many statues, art work, and a party room. Thousands of happy customers over the years. Perfect for an owner operator, but has worked as an absentee owner to this point. I’m giving it up because I accepted a call to pastor a church 3 years ago. This place deserves more interest than I’ve been able to give it. Yearly gross ranges from 160-220, but i’m sure in the right hands it could do much much more.

- Family entertainment is a strong market. We built the place to give families a safe place to bond and make memories, we hope you will carry the torch. Closest competition is across the river, about 10 minutes away.
- Opportunities for Growth
- Serving beer/adult drinks would be a guaranteed win, probably add 20-30k at least. Adding a few arcade machines would help. We have to this point done very little advertising or marketing. This place would be ideal for an owner/operator, though it has worked as an absentee owner arrangement for the past 9 years.
Good relationship with the landlord, 5 years left on lease with an option to renew.
