We are a well established local bar and kitchen waiting for others to grow the business to it's potential. We have a a strong Facebook account with almost 5,00 followers in just over a year. Growing other social media accounts would prove to grow the customer base. Our charming inside and outside space can house bands and room for dancing. We have tvs for football and other events.If you are a chef that wants to run their own business I would consider "selling" the kitchen. You could rent the space and pay some utilities. We are a very chill, friendly, team oriented place so I would only consider the right person who is respectful, responsible and experienced. We have no drama, no politics and no drugs. There are two bathrooms, a rented pool table & jute box. There are areas for a band inside and out.The kitchen is small but has all it needs with a inspected stove, hood. and double frier, 7X7 walk in, two freezers and plenty of shelf spaces in the two rooms next to kitchen. There is a covered porch and back dining area with a small stage.

- The place has been a local bar since the 1980's so it is well established. It has it's roots in biker bar but has bloomed into a restaurant with a lunch and dinner menu. It captured the audience of the locals and with social media and the internet tourist have found us. Many of our customers are considered friends and come in often.

- There is great potential for growth. We have captured the mature customer but haven't been able to get the 20's and 30 year old people.
