We have a well-maintained website with a great SEO who s hands on and readily available, which brings in new customers weekly in addition to a good clients source through word of mouth from a long-standing reputation. I have had to cherry pick jobs the past few years. We are busy even when the industry slows down as a whole. We have decent profit even with non-lucrative jobs, we have no losses. My main subcontracting crew have been with me for over 15 years. I also have a reserve crew that is always ready when I need help for extra work. 50% of work is from residential and 50% is commercial. 60% of our work is directly from owners of properties, and the rest is from general contractors who pay us on time.
