All day to day operations are professionally managed by a third-party logistics management company under a performance based agreement. The management company earns a fiduciary fee tied directly to operational success. Their performance has been exceptional, and we’ve been extremely satisfied with their services. The Seller only spends on average of a few hours per month as other commitments limit their involvement.

All equipment is fully paid off and will be sold with a six month warranty, or alternatively, may be taken for inspection at a location of the buyer’s choosing (buyer’s option , one of the two, not both). Operations will continue uninterrupted, as the truck runs on weekly routes.

All operating licenses and shipments are exclusive to the Seller. Transfer arrangements will be handled professionally by the management company, who have successfully managed all licensing and contract matters to date. Seller will pay the management company to handle all aspects of the transition, including training and onboarding to ensure a smooth handover. Ongoing management support can remain in place after the sale if desired. A detailed purchase agreement will be drafted and negotiated to address all operational continuity and asset transfer terms.
