Business Description
This is a well established small trucking company with all assets included equipment, licenses, and an experienced driver. The business has been in continuous operation since 2017 (first full operational year in 2018).
All day to day operations, including sales, marketing, safety compliance, dispatch, shipment agreements, billing, and statements, are professionally managed by a third-party logistics management company under a performance based contract. This management company earns a fiduciary fee tied directly to operational success: the smoother the operations and the stronger the contract portfolio, the higher their compensation. Their performance has been exceptional, and we’ve been extremely satisfied with their services. The Seller (husband and wife), we spend on average only a few hours per month overseeing and approving major decisions and reviewing the financials, as other commitments limit our involvement.

Ongoing management support can remain in place after the sale if desired. A detailed purchase agreement will be drafted and negotiated to address all operational continuity and asset transfer terms.
