The event center is a former church sitting on 5 acres in the middle of town next to a highway that has approximately 11,600 cars per day going by. The main area/ sanctuary seats around 180 people. The common area seats around 120 people. There is a wing with 6 offices/ classrooms. The building had a new roof in 2018 and is in very good condition. The inventory that is included are tables and chairs, kitchen equipment, stoves, refrigerators, some outdoor equipment and furniture. It has a black top parking lot and a single car garage with extra storage.

Market Outlook / Competition
There is currently no other business in the immediate area that has this business model so there is really no other competition. The majority of the events are family reunions, baby and bridal showers, weddings, Church services, concerts, political events , and business and government meetings. There are community fundraisers that we also donate the space for.
Opportunities for Growth
There are growth opportunities in renting out office space, vendor fairs, antique shows, gun shows and reaching out to more entertainment type activities. These can be very lucrative but require more time that we are currently unable to dedicate to.
A seasonal farmers market has also been something we have considered but also lack the time to organize.
