They are the exclusive ground-floor tenant and cafe in a 470,000 SF newly constructed office tower with approximately 2,000 in office employees. The location provides great visibility, consistent foot traffic, fantastic urban and river views, community spaces and it is easily accessed from highly trafficked South Street Bridge. They occupy aprox. 1,700 sqft of ground floor / lobby space.

The cafe combines a contemporary style with a comforting, familiar touch along side the traditional characteristics of quick-casual service restaurants, including:
