We are seeking qualified operators to launch combined RIB dealership and repair centers in protected territories. THE OPPORTUNITY
Each dealer operates a four-revenue-stream business under one roof:

New Boat Sales — Full product lineup from 11ft to 36ft, covering recreational, commercial, and municipal/patrol markets. Includes a proprietary hull design available exclusively through authorized dealers — no competitor can offer this product. Dealers earn 20% margin on new boat sales with volume performance bonuses.
Professional Retubing — The manufacturer produces replacement tubes in-house for all major RIB brands including Zodiac, Highfield, AB Inflatables, and more. Dealers purchase tube materials at wholesale and perform full retubes at retail pricing of $3,000 to $10,000 per job depending on boat size. Dealer profit per retube job averages $4,000 to $5,200. There are millions of aging RIBs in the US with virtually nowhere to go for professional retubing.
Used Boat Refurbishment — Customer trade-ins are retubed and resold by the dealer at 100% dealer profit. Every repair customer is a potential new boat buyer.
