The center has proven to be resilient, having survived through 2 recessions (plus the current one) and a pandemic is a thriving business with over 10,000 customers in our database. Our business has given our family financial means in feeding, living and many options to relax and enjoy life, as well as paying for 2 college educations.

Business has evolved from being a simple shipping outlet to a full service shipping and printing center. Categories of services comprise of printing, packing, graphic design shipping, mailboxes, fingerprinting, fax, notary, and shredding.

Packing - Through the years, expertise has grown to include packing car parts, motorcycles, airplaine propellers, collectable fragile budweiser clydesdales hanging light fixtures, fine china, and museum fine art that was packed in a crate for the Netherlands.

Shipping - Center uses all 4 major carriers (Fedex, UPS, USPS, DHL) and some LTL carriers. Shipping to international destinations is one of the specialties. The other is providing customers with large shipping options through LTL. We have shipped Water tanks, large machines, and parts using LTL.

Mailboxes - The center has expanded our physical in-house mailbox business to include Virtual Mail and services 3 virtual mailbox companies supporting a combined 350 mailboxes.

Fingerprinting - added the fingerprinting service last year and averages between 6-10 patrons daily. We use the virtual mailboxes to market our printing and shipping business. As well, we use this service to market our printing and shipping business.

Fax, Notary and shredding - These services compliments our other services to enhance and complete our "One Stop Shop" statement. Why go elsewhere when you have all the business services in one place.

Graphic design- Our center has created hundreds of designs that have been given compliments by their customers and created a following. Those customers have gone further and expanded their business using our marketing plan of simple before expanding, narrowing down the basic needs of the business before expanding and spending more on materials once profit has been made.

Printing - Printing is our largest and most profitable business category surpassing Shipping. We print items as small as tags, and labels to business cards, sales sheets to large items such as banners and signs. Within our printing category, half our business is comprised of our paper, quick print category and the other half coming from our sign category. We have learned that we don't need to have (buy or lease) all the equipment required to have a large printing and sign shop business. We utilize other companies to outsource projects that have the large capacity, large size, multi-million dollar equipment.
