4 dedicated/Assigned routes up for sale, servicing Central and Northern WV. Routes currently service two terminals roughly 30 miles apart. In 2007, the one terminal located in Bridgeport, WV processed 3-4000 packages daily. Currently the same terminal is receiving on average 4500 daily and the new terminal, a 100 thousand Sq Ft building that opened late in 2016, located in Morgantown, WV processes 4500 on average as well....basically doubling their package distribution in the same area in 10 years.
Not fully an absentee owner. I do fill in when needed mainly because I doubled my managers duties as a mechanic. With the right guy in place you could be an absentee. I am also willing to stay on as paid manager/driver for a period of time until new owner gets a good handle of the operation. I currently employ 4 drivers not including myself. Operating 4 trucks with 2 spares running roughly 9800 miles per week.
If trucks are purchased (not included in asking price), they will be signed over free and clear once sale goes through and allowing notes to be paid off.

FedEx Ground has a solid business structure, I've seen growth since day one and I don't foresee it to stop anytime soon with e-commerce and this areas ability to continues to grow year in and year out.
At most terminals and hubs...you have multiple contractors to compete with when new runs come available, being the only Line-haul Contractor out of both buildings has built in growth advantages.
Growth & Expansion:
The North Central WV area is booming with West Virginia University as a solid base. Companies like Mylan and NIOSH, 3 major hospitals and the oil and gas field industry booming all of which are contributing to a 7% growth annually.
