The Sellers are available to assist with transition after the sale, but only the spouse will consider working on a part-time or limited basis after closing.

The practice is primarily a tax practice serving approximately 445 individual tax clients with an average fee of $352, along with 15 entity clients with an average fee of $535. The client base consists of long-term clients who are accustomed to local service. Clients are generally billed upon completion, with many returns charged in the $350 to $425 range. Approximately 75% of clients prefer to come in for an appointment, while 15% drop off their documents, 5% mail in their information, and 5% submit everything electronically.
