Great freeze-dry company that thinks out of the box and has great potential for expansion. Not your average candy company. We have developed a name for figuring out what is possible. My reason for starting the company was to experiment with an alternative way for long-term food storage. We are working at freeze-drying meals, fruits, veggies and creating instant foods.

- Market it great, I'm not. As much as I hate to admit it, I'm getting too old (76) to keep the company running at its full potential. It could be so much more. The competition is mainly doing freeze-dried candy. I have set up the company to think out of the box. Not only are we doing fruits and veggies, but we also have chilies, pickles, guacamole and a whole lot more fun stuff.
Having all three brands of freeze dryers would also be a great opportunity to blog a comparison of the units. - Opportunities for Growth
- I am currently running the company out of my home (or I should say, it is running me out of my home!). I am only doing a few markets and craft shows even though I have the equipment to do so much more.
