Competition:
There is a State Park and COE campground at the lake approximately 8 miles from Frog Hollow. Neither of these has sewer hook ups or long term availability.
There is a small campground 19 miles north.
Our propane prices are the best in the county and we are located directly next to the Interstate for easy on/off access which is important for overnight travelers
Growth & Expansion:
We are actually priced below market value which will put instant equity into this purchase. There is plenty of room for expansion at Frog Hollow. The large field at the back can be used for additional sites, yurts/cabins or any number of "tourist" activities such as mini golf, splash pond, etc, (we put on a Bluegrass Festival for 5 years). The woods at the back half of the property would make it difficult to expand that far but would make for good walking trails or a paintball course.
