Beautiful 49 site campground located 1/2 way between Memphis, TN and Jackson, MS directly on I-55. All sites are full hook up with 10 - 30 amp pull thru and 15 - 30 amp back in, 14 - 50 amp pull thrus and 9 - 50 amp back in sites. Open all year with sites to fit anything from a tent to a 45' motorhome pulling a 30' trailer behind. We have a large business of repeat "snowbird" travelers passing through in Spring and Fall. At this time we also have filled all long-term work crew sites.
Bathrooms/showers and laundry facilities (2 coin washers, 2 coin dryers) are available. The climate controlled Rec Hall has full kitchen facilities along with a 36" grill in the attached and screened back porch. WiFi is available at all sites. There is a one lane horseshoe pit.
Included in the sale are a 2016 John Deere tractor, a Husqvana Zero turn mower, a Cub Cadet utility vehicle, an electric Club Car golf cart and all the tools needed to run the campground.
Additional buildings include a 24' x 26' garage, a 16' x 16' building currently used for storage that is ready to be converted into a cabin, a large pole barn with stalls for livestock or storage.

Competition:
There is a State Park and COE campground at the lake approximately 8 miles from Frog Hollow. Neither of these has sewer hook ups or long term availability.
There is a small campground 19 miles north and another 35 miles south.
Our propane prices are the best in the county and we are located directly next to the Interstate for easy on/off access which is important for overnight travelers
Growth & Expansion:
Now is the time for expansion!!!! While we do have 49 sites, with the new pipeline coming in and the additions to the Industrial Park we are in need of more sites!! With the large field beyond the current campground additional sites, cabins or RV storage could be added. We currently have a waiting list for long term sites and work crews looking for cabins and/or trailer rentals.
