We make our own sodas and our own Drafthouse Root-Beer and sell it by the gallon and lots of it! We also created our signature Panzoti and own the domain for it and our drafthouse root-beer. - We offer our signature Panzoti, a pastry that is filled with mozzarella and pepperoni or sausage and deep-fried. We also sell hundreds of gallons of our homemade sodas, including our Drafthouse Root-beer Drafthouse cherry and Drafthouse cola. This makes us uniquely different from all the other restaurants in the area. Our sodas are not only unique and bring people in from all over, they are more than twice as profitable.
