- We have been at the same location in Fort Myers Beach since we opened, and is one of or the best location on the beach right on San Carlos Blvd. It's a rented slip with water and electric. With the sale of the business, you get a 90 gallon fuel cell and set up for short bed truck so it can be fueled at the docks, saving you $2.00 a gallon on non ethanol fuel. All advertising products including coozies, and T-shirts. A 30ft boat lift that stays with the company and not owned by marina. Coolers, tool box, with some tools. tons of other accessories.

- The sky's the limit for where this business can go from here. It all depends on how much you put into it. We usually did not run 7 days a week as the owner was the only employee and older.
