In operation 20+ years, the Company is a general equipment rental company. Equipment available for rental include the following: Aerial Equipment/Forklifts, Automotive Tools, Dirt Equipment, Compaction Equipment, Earth Movers, General Contractor Equipment, Law and Garden Equipment, Plumbing Tools, Shoring Equipment, Etc. Customer markets include contractors (30%), marine (20%), commercial (20%), industrial (20%), and homeowners (10%). No customer contributes a material portion (4% or more) of revenue year to year. The Company operates from a 35,000 SF third-party leased facility that is estimated to support pro forma growth.
