New pallet sales account for approximately 94% of revenue, with recycled pallets contributing the remaining 6%. The business currently produces 24–27 loads per week, averaging 520–660 pallets per load, and has the capacity to scale up to 50 loads weekly.

Distribution is handled through a combination of a third-party logistics provider and an in-house driver for smaller deliveries.
