Several months in 2024 and January–March 2025 were impacted as the owner’s interest dwindled, and he considered exiting. After discussions, he initiated a restructuring of the business. He eliminated underperforming staff, brought marketing entirely in-house, launched online sales, switched merchant processors, and implemented cost reductions. This business has demonstrated strong performance in key months and continues to do so. The Seller currently works 2–3 hours per day or less. As of early January 2026, the business has already brought in 230k in gross sales up to January 9th. Full-year net income for 2026 is conservatively projected to exceed $3 million.
