I took over Green Bay Territory in 2024. It appeared as if he was only doing about $11,000 a year. I grew that to $29,500 in the current past 12 months. The distance makes it hard to grow, especially when I need to focus my attention to my current area.
It is reoccurring business so most customers come back year to year. Most customers are around New London and Shiocton. However, I have a wedding venue in Pulaski and some awesome customers in Howard are.
It is hard to know my SDE or EBITDA because I have both territories tied together. Pest control should be 30-40% earnings from gross revenue.
