This very profitable 20+ year-old construction contractor is a fabricator and installer of water catchment and gutter systems and also provides related cleaning and maintenance services on one of Hawaii’s islands. Their customers include building contractors, commercial building managers (hotels and businesses) and homeowners; they do both new construction and remodel. Their market demand is booming, and they are turning down lots of work. Quality competition is limited. They are fully licensed and insured. Many of their customers are very famous people with second homes in Hawaii.
They are home based and have state of the art gutter forming machines, all other required equipment and tools, vehicle and they employ a talented fabrication and installation crew. Their gutters and water catchment systems are offered in 5” and 6” seamless aluminum in dozens of colors with a baked enamel paint on both sides, and in 6” half round copper, which is perfect for Hawaii because it resists salt corrosion and weathers to rich green and red patina. Gutters are formed on the construction site. For several years the owner has only been working abut half- time and travels a lot.
