The Company provides commercial helicopter services to the public & private sectors; local municipalities; and county, state & federal agencies. The FAA granted the Company Part 133 (external load), Part 135 (air-taxi/charter) and Part 137 (aerial application) certificates. Primary markets include wildland fires, wildlife surveys, production and precision external loads. The Company's primary advantages are depth of experience within the sectors it operates. Eighty percent (80%) of the Company's work is under multi-year agreements with 3-4 years remaining on the major contracts. The Company does the majority of its work June through the end of February. Given the transfer of certificates and contracts, this transaction will most likely be a stock sale.

The Company has three hangars on property leased from a local municipality. Two hangars are connected by an open wall between the hangars. The third hangar is located part way down the airport. The two connected hangars are heated, insulated and lighted. There are work benches, a lower main office, an upstairs office for the owner, a conference room/employee office and a secure parts room. The third hangar has power and lights. All hangars have well over 20 years of life left and much longer with maintenance.

Although there are a few companies that provide some comparable services, the Company's primary advantages are depth of experience within the sectors it operates. Eighty percent of the Company's work is under multi-year agreements. The Company far exceeds the required years and flight hours for many contracts. The Company has had zero accidents, incidents or FAA violations during its existence. The Company's experience and safety record allow it to be highly competitive in the market.
Opportunities for Growth
With additional fleet, there is significant growth potential in existing agency sectors where the Company operates. The Company consistently receives requests to perform additional work for which they do not have equipment to fulfill. It's the Owner's opinion that with the current equipment and staff, the Company could support an additional $700K-$900K in sales. Beyond that, the Company may need to add an additional full-time A&P mechanic and pilot to reduce Owner's hours.
