This company manufactures hi end signs for hi profile customers and has much higher margins than your normal sign company. They have sales people that cater to their customers needs on a daily basis. Most customers have been long term customers. In some years the company has large projects and does outsource some of the manufacturing to other sign companies. This is true for some of their installation needs as third parties are used for jobs that may be too far away from their headquarters. In the past 3 years sales and profits have risen from $10M sales and $2M profit two years ago to $15M sales with $3M profit last year to $20 Million sales and $4 Million profit for this year. A normal year in sales without ay large project work is in the $10M to $12M range with consistent profits of $2M. Large projects occur with corporate identity changes or acquisitions of other businesses. The Seller is willing to transition for up to one year. There is one key employee that could possibly be promoted to the owners role. This company has an excellent reputation and has been in business for many decades. Customers are in various industries including financial institutions, healthcare, commercial real estate, professional race teams, etc. - all hi end customers wanting quality work.
