- There’s quite a few laundromats around for sure but customers are usually upset that the machines don’t work as well, they take longer, and the customer service can be super poor. The old ones aren’t even competition as they’re the typical terrible joint, the new ones don’t have the size, parking, or quality wash and/or experience, and they have terrible overhead with reflecting prices. Customers praise this location for beating everyone in every category. We have the quality, customer service, parking, tech, cleanliness, and overall best experience

- Not enough people know about us. We market but maybe not effectively. We could do more for community presence for sure. That alone can bring in at least 15k a month of walk in self serve. No doubt. Wash and fold can also expand greatly, we really lack here too in marketing. Our process is praised and great, just need the attention. As for delivery, this is another ballgame. While other partners are doing 80k a month, some at 60, lows at 40k, we are steadily crossing 13k and growing. The process and quality is right, just need time and help. It will blow
