Highly profitable, 25 year old local Shrevport business selling new and used aircraft parts for one specific Beechcraft model to dedicated clientele. Very little advertising or marketing is required since we have achieved the reputation over the years of being the worlds largest and most reliable supplier of these parts and the go to authority for the parts. The parts sales has always been a sideline to the primary business of maintenance and aircraft sales, but over the last 10 years we have phased out the maintenance aspect. We currently spend about 10-15 hours per week pulling and shipping parts. The volumes could easily be increased with very little effort, one of which would be to create an ebay store as most aircraft parts are sold through that venue.
Aircraft are flown or trucked to Shreveport and stored in our 15,000 sq ft warehouse. When orders are received, the parts are removed from the aircraft and shipped to the customer. Over time the manufacturers have discontinued many of these parts causing the used parts to grow in value. Every year our inventory grows in value.
We currently have about three million in inventory. In the last year we have gotten involved in the overhaul process of these engines due to the diminishing number of not only overhaul facilities but available new parts. We currently have about 20 core engines in stock.
Since we are responsible for keeping so many of these aircraft flying we are needing to find a buyer that will be dedicated to not only continuing the current business but exploring the many tangent directions and revenue streams available.
We currently have a large hanger at the Downtown Airport along with a large warehouse in town. This real estate can be either leased or purchased. The tools and equipment are included with the inventory to be purchased. This inventory changes daily.
Seller is willing to provide training to bring the buyer up to speed with all aspects of this business. Specializing in just one specific model simplifies everything.

Over the last 25 years we have grown a specialty business to a point where the business has a great reputation and limited competition. The Duke is a fabulous aircraft that performs just as well today as it did 50 years ago. It is 50's technology but as of 2025, there has not been another production piston twin that can out perform this incredible aircraft. If is well loved by its owners as the porche of the skies because of its quality construction and amazing performance. It is also the undisputed "sexiest plane on the ramp". pound for pound and dollar for dollar, nothing in aviation can touch the Duke. It was easy to build a successful business around this aircraft.

Market Outlook / Competition
Royal Air specialized in Beech Dukes. We have gained the reputation as the leader in duke knowledge and reliability of parts inventory. We currently have 25 parts aircraft in stock and buy about 2-4 yearly. Our closest competition has perhaps 2. We service 80% of the duke fleet and quite often the part is unavailable anywhere else.
Opportunities for Growth
.The buyer could reimplement the maintenance which is a huge driver for the parts. There is a serious shortage of good maintenance shops across the country. there are also many avenues that can be pursued to increase volumes. one in pedicular would be to open an ebay store. This would be great for parts such as avionics. We recently started overhauling engines sas we have over 20 engine in stock.. This will be a profit center that could easily double the annual revenue. The current numbers for 2025 are on track to be double over last year.
