This Circle K gas station is located a couple blocks from the world-famous Busch Gardens theme park Tampa. This is why the convenience store sales alone not counting Lottery or deli sales average over $131,000 per month. There is a chicken deli with hood that is not open right now but once you do the deli sales alone should add an additional $30,000 per month in sales or more. The gas station pumps over 75,000 gallons on a commission basis of 5 cents on a cash gas sale and 15 cents on a credit card sale. The extra 10 cents you receive pays for the credit card fees. You earn extra income from the Circle K vendor rebates, ATM, and air/vac. The gas company is responsible for all environmental issues, tanks, pumps, canopy, canopy lights, roof, and landscaping.
