Serving Hawaiian inspired poke and salads that are healthy, delicious and totally unique.
Poke is like a free-form sushi bowl, but with more interesting flavors. Sticky rice, brown rice + quinoa, zucchini noodles or mixed greens serve as the base or the bottom of the bowl. Next, protein is added. Choices include ahi tuna, salmon, surimi crab, shrimp, miso tofu or grilled chicken. Followed by additional tasty ingredients such as edamame, cucumbers, spinach, kale, beets, carrots, pickled ginger, avocado, mango, seaweed salad and other fresh ingredients. Then topped with a choice of sesame seeds, dried seaweeds, scallions, crispy onions, wasabi and lime. Customers can order their signature dishes or customize their own orders by adding or subtracting ingredients, as well as turning their poke bowl into a wrap.
