- Opportunities for Growth
- The majority of the growth is expansion of distributing network. Increasing the amount of 3rd party distributors which would leverage their relationships would increase sales similar to current 2026 levels. Additionally, an increase in the manufacturing of the tea is also in the works by the seller. The goal is to increase the distribution network and at the same time contract the production and manufacturing of the tea to a copacker.
Owner has been in the process over the past 12 months in growing distibution channels and reducing or eliminating self-distribution. The sales retraction in 2025 was due to commiting to eliminating self-distribution and growing the distributor network. 2026 sales will show the benefits of focusing on the distributor network.
