The restaurant has been a mainstay in the area for years. The current owner has only had it for two years and purchased it without having any restaurant experience. There is A LOT more business that could be done, but the seller found that this is not for him. For example, there is a 952 SF room (with a separate entrance) that is not being utilized. It is basically a large storage overflow area. This could be converted to a space for showers, small weddings, meetings, private parties, Christmas parties, etc. Right now, they turn down parties if they are booked, rather than use that space. There is also room for outside dining, etc. The management is in place with a Front House Manager, Kitchen Manager, and General Manager.
