The Wilds Tavern is a recently launched concept we built from the ground up after we identified a gap in our culinary scene between fine dining and casual. We set out to fill the space with a place that you can visit after a day in the wild or make a reservation for date night. We feel we've struck the balance and offer scratch made, chef driven food and drinks in a beautiful setting that isn't pretentious but where you feel great relaxing with friends on any occasion. We spent a year planning and months executing the remodel and it came out beautifully. We have 3 little boys who we want to spend more time with and realized quickly after the launch, we should sell and let someone else build this identity to their liking and realize their dreams. This is truly turnkey and lets you skip the insanity that permitting and building a restaurant entails. Building a staff and building a concept takes a lot of time and experience and we've done that for you.
