We are looking to sell 5% of the company to raise funds to accelerate the development of institutional relationships, the automated global expansion of our proven replicable product, and the ability to operate at scale. The current owner owns 85%, last sale price was valued at $5,000,000 over a year ago (one sale). We are negotiable, but there have been significant advancements, and valuation is closer to $10 M now. Alerts, for example, are a game changer, but the 16x global expansion referenced in our Growth Prospects section is a flip of a switch away, and alerts are already here. We need to hire a second developer, and a BizDev rep to introduce our product to other vendors too, so we get even more exposure. We are already on the top tier terminals, but everything else is wide open. A little cash could allow us to accelerate the process that is already well underway, and realize material free cash flow.
