Lawn & Landscape Business for Sale in Augusta, GA
Business Description
I am selling my landscaping business in the Augusta, GA area. The only thing I'm not including is my truck, which I will include for an additional $20k if needed. There's an established route of 100% residential customers from Graniteville, SC to Grovetown, GA & the routes are pretty tight. I have things set up so that maintenance days are Wed-Fri & I have Mon & Tue open for projects or time off. I currently (time of writing: July 9th) have a storm cleanup & landscaping gig I'm bidding that I'll include to help defray your cost if it's won & we do a deal before then.
It would not be difficult at all to upsell current customers on a range of work from irrigation to fertilization or additional landscaping. The dream combo would be for a business that also provides handyman services.
I'm willing to work out a marketing deal for you if you want me to keep growing things after you buy the company because I'm not going anywhere.
